Meridian Health collects the information you provide when creating an account, booking an appointment, or filling in a pre-visit symptom summary. This may include your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, symptom notes, and any follow-up information you choose to share.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to schedule appointments, send reminders and follow-up summaries, sync events to your connected Google Calendar, and generate assistive pre-visit and post-visit summaries. Our AI summaries are informational only and do not replace professional medical advice or diagnosis.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform (for example, our backend database, email delivery, and calendar sync services). When you connect Google Calendar, we request only the minimum calendar permissions needed to create and update appointment events.
4. Security
We use industry-standard authentication, encrypted connections, and row-level access controls to protect your data. Access to clinical data is restricted to the clinicians and administrators you explicitly authorize.
5. Your rights
You can review, update, or delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You may also disconnect Google Calendar from the Settings page at any time.
